MIF receives genuine automotive spare parts from multiple OEM supply channels, manages and verifies the incoming products at its Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) facility, organizes the parts according to individual customer orders, and consolidates products from different brands into a single, efficiently planned export shipment.
This model enables MIF to provide customers with one-stop access to multiple OEM brands, while reducing the complexity, cost, and administrative burden associated with sourcing and shipping parts from multiple suppliers.

How MIF Consolidates Multiple OEM Parts Into One Shipment
1. Customer sends one consolidated requirement

For example, one order could contain:

Instead of the customer having to purchase, pay, receive and arrange freight from six or seven different sources, MIF becomes the single purchasing and shipping point.

One MIF quotation → one purchase order → one commercial invoice → one packing list → one shipment → one freight arrangement.

2. MIF sources the parts from different OEM channels

Once the customer’s PO is confirmed, MIF’s purchasing team sources the required genuine OEM parts.

This is particularly valuable when one customer requires a mixture of Japanese, Korean, American and European genuine parts.

The parts do not have to physically originate from the same location.

MIF warehouse location at JAFZA is strategically advantageous, providing direct access to Jebel Ali Port and an established automotive logistics ecosystem that enables efficient sourcing, consolidation, warehousing, and re-export of genuine OEM.

4. Receiving inspection

This is a critical part of MIF’s value-added service.

When parts arrive, MIF should verify:

The objective is to catch an error before the consolidated shipment leaves MIF warehouse, rather than allowing the customer to discover the problem after the container reaches the final destinations.

5. MIF separates parts by customer order

This is where a proper WMS/ERP process becomes important.

Suppose MIF receives:

Toyota 90915-YZZD2 oil filters

for three different customers.

They should not simply be placed into one generic inventory location.

The warehouse should identify:

Customer A 50 pcs
Customer B 100 pcs
Customer C 25 pcs

The inventory system should therefore maintain both:

SKU inventory

and

Customer/order allocation.

This prevents one customer’s inventory from accidentally being shipped against another customer’s order.

6. MIF accumulates the shipment

This is the heart of the consolidation model.

Parts do not necessarily arrive on the same day.

7. Consolidation planning

Before packing, MIF determines the optimum shipment method.
Please note that we arrange shipment as per client’s request/instruction. We just repack as per its client’s requirements.

Appropriate when the customer's cargo does not justify a full container.

For substantial orders

FCL

MIF consolidates the complete order into: 20' container 40' container 40' HC container depending on cargo volume.

The objective isn’t simply to fill a container. It is to optimize: Volume + weight + handling risk + freight cost + delivery schedule.
8. MIF performs final order reconciliation

Before packing, MIF should conduct a 100% order reconciliation.

The two missing Toyota pieces are identified before shipment. MIF can then:

  3. Source the missing parts, 
  4. Or obtain customer’s authorization to ship without them. 
This is much better than discovering shortages after arrival in clients’ facilities.
9. Packing is optimized for mixed OEM parts

This is especially important for collision parts.

12. Commercial documentation

MIF then prepares the export documentation appropriate to the transaction.

13. Container loading

The final cargo is loaded according to a predetermined loading plan.

A good loading sequence is:
